Undian ini hanya ditujukan untuk para pemegang tiket konser VIP konser I Love Anisong di tanggal 19 dan/atau 20 Agustus 2017. Applications begin on 28 Jul 2017,12pm and end on 15 Aug 2017, 11.59pm. Pendaftaran undian dimulai tanggal 25 Juli 2017 dan berakhir tanggal 15 Agustus 2017, 11.59pm. The cut-off time for purchases is 15 Aug 2017, 12pm. Tickets purchased after this cut-off time will not qualify for this application. Batas waktu pembelian tiket yang berhak berpartisipasi dalam undian ini adalah 15 Agustus 2017. Tiket yang dibeli setelah waktu tersebut tidak bisa mengikuti undian tanda tangan Anda menerima email ini karena anda telah memenangkan undian untuk artis Luna Haruna. Please present this e-mail either on a mobile device or a print-out and show it to our staff for verification at the autograph counter. Verification begins 30 mins before the session. Tanggal / Date : 20 Agustus 2017 / August 20th, 2017 Waktu / Time : 14.15 WIB verifikasi dimulai, 14.45 sesi dimulai. 2.15pm verification starts, 2.45pm session starts, Mohon untuk mengingat syarat dan ketentuan dibawah sebelum sesi dimulai. Please note the following terms and conditions before each session: • Pemenang undian harus sudah tiba di Booth Tanda Tangan untuk menukar poster bertandatangan. Ketidakhadiran akan membuat Anda kehilangan kesempatan untuk mendapatkan poster tersebut. The selected individual needs to be at the Autograph Booth to redeem the autographed poster. Failure to attend will be treated as forfeiting the poster. • Tanda tangan akan diberikan di poster yang disediakan oleh organizer. Tanda tangan di benda pribadi tidak diperbolehkan. The autograph will be done on a poster given by the organisers. Autographs on own items are not allowed. • Mohon menyediakan sendiri alat untuk menyimpan atau mengamankan poster Anda. Organizer tidak menyediakan alat tersebut. Please bring your own item to store or secure your poster. We will not be providing any. • Pemenang harus dapat menunjukan email yang dikirimkan kepada para pemenang undian. The selected individual needs to bring along and produce the e-mail that was sent to notify the winner of the ballot. • Diharapkan untuk tiba 30 menit sebelum sesi dimulai untuk proses verifikasi. Please turn up at least 30 mins before the session for verification. • Setelah pemenang terakhir menerima tanda tangannya, sesi akan berakhir dan artis akan segera meninggalkan tempat sesi tanda tangan. Pemenang undian diharapkan hadir tepat waktu. Once the last person of the line has gotten their autograph, the session will end and the artiste will not wait and leave. Winners are advised to be punctual. • Foto atau merekam video dilarang dalam sesi tanda tangan. Photography and video recording is strictly prohibited during the session. • Diharap untuk mengikuti instruksi dari staf setiap waktu. Pemenang yang didapati tidak mematuhi aturan akan diminta meninggalkan sesi tanda tangan. Please follow the instructions of the staff at all time. Persons found behaving in an unruly manner will be removed from the session. • Jika Anda tidak dapat datang ke sesi tanda tangan pada waktunya, Anda dapat meminta perwakilan anda untuk datang. Perwakilan Anda hanya perlu menunjukkan email pemenang undian Anda. If you are unable to make it for the session, you may ask someone to collect on your behalf. The person needs to have a copy of the e-mail that was sent to notify the winner of the ballot. • Jika Anda ingin menerima posternya sendiri tapi tidak dapat mengikuti sesinya, anda bisa datang setelah sesi selesai hingga konser dimulai.
