	HOW TO GET A PHOTOGRAPH FROM A GUEST AT ANIMAGA EXPO Please read this page carefully to find out how to get a photograph with a guest at Animaga Expo. STEP ONE: CHECK THE PHOTOGRAPH SCHEDULE (WHEN AVAILABLE) ・You will need to know when the photograph session will take place in order to know when you need to line up to get the respective a photograph token. ・Only REIKA, HIKO and Kanae Ito will have a one-hour photograph session each day. STEP TWO: GET A PHOTOGRAPH TOKEN 1.The line will start from Guest Merchandise Booth. -You need to purchase a guest Photograph Token at Guest Merchandise Booth. -If you are unsure about where and how to line up, do not hesitate to ask an Animaga Volunteer – identifiable by their yellow t-shirts. 2.Token distribution starts at 10AM each day and ends 15 minutes before the guest’s photograph session is scheduled to finish. Photo booth token is $20/each. –Tokens are distributed only for the photograph sessions scheduled on the same day. Hence, you cannot obtain a token on Saturday for a Sunday autograph session. –Guest photos include: TWO official postcard size Animaga printed photos with the guest. –You can choose one of the photos for guest signing. STEP THREE: THE AUTOGRAPH SESSION Please refer to the [Guest Photo Booth Policy] for more information about the photograph session. STEP FOUR: COLLECT YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS FROM ANIMAGA GUEST MERCHANDISE BOOTH We recommend all attendees collect your photos from the Guest Merchandise Booth after 30 minutes. Guest Photo Booth Policy ・Follow all directions provided by staff. ・Animaga cannot guarantee photos for any particular guest. Latecomers run the chance of missing their opportunity. We recommend arriving early. ・All guests will provide two photo shots with attendee. ・To keep the line moving and allow as many of your fellow attendees the opportunity to get their turn: – Please do not have long conversations with the guest. – Please be ready when you are near the front of the line. ・Always be respectful towards our guests. Anyone being rude, malicious,intentionally disrespectful or found to be harassing guests or staff will be removed from the line and may be ejected from the convention without refund. ・While we want as many people as possible to get their photo opportunity, we reserve the right to end the line and the photograph session at any time. ・We reserve the right to refuse access to any attendee who fails to follow the rules. ―――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― HOW TO GET A PHOTOGRAPH FROM A GUEST AT ANIMAGA EXPO ・フォトグラフセッションは1日ごとに1時間だけ。・フォトグラフトークンはゲストブースで10AMから配布。・1回20オーストラリアドル。・当日分のトークンしか配布しないので日曜日の分を土曜日に入手することはできない。・2枚のポストカードサイズの写真がもらえる。そのうち一方を選んでサインを入れてもらえる。・写真は30分後に受け取りに来るといいよ。・分からないことがあったら遠慮なく黄色のTシャツを着たボランティアスタッフに聞いてね。 Guest Photo Booth Policy ・スタッフの指示には従うこと。・参加できる保証はないので早く来た方がいい。・多くの人が参加できるよう、長話はしないこと。順番が近づいたら準備しておくこと。・無礼な行動、嫌がらせなど、規則に従わない者は列から追い出す。
